SCOTTY LOWE

Scotty the “Flying Ace” Lowe has been tattooing in New Jersey since 1991. He is a graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Fine Arts from City College in Manhattan.

He apprenticed under Shotsie Gorman, who passed on to him his skills at rendering realism in floral and animal imagery. Scotty is well versed in a variety of tattoo styles, but in particular realistic black and grey portrait work. He flew as a private pilot for 19 years and plays amateur accordion - but don’t hold that against him.
